Dark Mode option for the web UI

Exact location of this affordance TBD, but it should be a three-way selector with options for light mode, dark mode, and "follow your system theme".

3eaa433 implements the groundwork for dark mode and updates a bunch of components to support the dark theme, but there still are some components left to update before we can surface the theme toggle control anywhere in the main UI.

The major items that I know have not been update to support dark mode include at least the following:

• sketch-diff*-view.ts
• sketch-monaco.ts
• sketch-terminal.ts
• sketch-tool-card-*.ts
• mobile-*

I asked sketch.dev to use your commit and complete the dark theme. I was courious how well sketch.dev agent would use your commit and what it / the agent would produce.

And finally it told me that most of the work was already done:

There was just one issue: my e-mail settings prevent sketch.dev from pushing the code. But this is totally due to my settings and has nothing to do with sketch.dev or the code written.
