(but also, I wish the docs described what this limit is supposed to be, how often it resets, etc)

This was using gpt-5.1-codex (possibly relevant; this conversation was continuation of work I had done in a claude-opus-4.5 conversation; I started the second conversation due to the anthropic outage). I might have restarted chrome between the time of the original report and now, but now the conversation shows a much lower usage (see attached screenshot).
