Providing the -t argument with a relative path causes a bug. e.g.
-t ..\..\MyProject\Data\Migrations\20250716070321_MyMigration.cs
Throws
Unhandled exception. System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'E:\RootFolder\MyProject\MyProject\Data\Migrations\20220707182017_MyMigration.cs'.
