Reading state registers

This is maybe more of a newbee question regarding HA...
I want to read the register:

13051 | charge_discharge_command | Charge

I can't get a configuration of this register to work in the config file.

      - name: "Battery State"
        sensor_type: binary_sensor
        register: charge_discharge_command

Anyone that can help?
