Add support for compile time generation of multimethod callsites

Currently multimethod support in TotallyLazy is handled by reflection, with default method and caching having to be done manually. This is not only error prone but also slow.

Invoke dynamic callsites and method handles are literally designed for this kind of feature and would make this library feature into a unique and powerful "language" feature.
