[Feature Request] Use DocumentProvider to expose open volume on non-rooted devices

https://github.com/hardcore-sushi/DroidFS uses https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/providers/document-provider to expose open volumes to other applications, including the file manager.

If I remember correctly, the last time I checked, I found at least two working implementations of DocumentProvider with scp/sftp support. At least one of them was open source. So, I'm not sure if we really need yet another implementation.
