ccrole remove roles question

Hello,

Is it possible to add a function so that when a command is given, all roles are removed from that person and given a separate set of roles?  So If I set the command to say "nc" for Newcomer, this command strips all roles from a member and assigns them as Newcomer.  It is similar to Dyno, but I'd like to use this function in your cog for my bot if possible.  Thank you.
