Overwrite value set from external app

I am wondering how I could solve this scenario:

• my heating schedule is set in an external app (HMIP)
• I use schedy to lower the temperature if a window is opened (the window sensors use a different technology than the thermostats)

Now, I sometimes keep the window open over night. The next morning, the external heating schedule overwrites the window-open temperature. I'd like schedy to notice this change and activate the open window temperature again.
