Translate everything to English

We want to get more contributors to this project, so it's best to convert all documentation and issues to English. We might want to think about implementing i18n since this project is meant to be used for NGOs in Brazil first.

I try to suggest using Issues Translator action which might be useful, and also educate non-english users.
