Addition of 2 matrices

Hi Ben,
I saw that there is a function for adding a constant or vector to an IterableMatrix, but is there a function for addition of 2 IterableMatrix together? Something like below. Thanks!

Hi, we don't have anything for matrix matrix addition (that I am aware of). but I can add this to the priority list!
