Nextcloud - Share folder as admin without enforcing expiration date

Hi,
I would like a feature en nextcloud to share a structure of folders as admin for a group of users, keeping in mind that every user that share files on it, can’t share these files forever (even if the user has permission to set or not expiration date), so with “enforce expiration date” option apparently enabled.
Obivously this setting also affects to the admin shared folder structure.
Is there any setting to avoid this for admin?

Options considered

• remove/disable "enforce expiration date" although the default expiration days are set. This doesn't prevent to users to set any expiration date later.
• remove/disable somehow "set expiration date" to avoid being modified by users. The default expiration date will be always applied. This is not possible seemingly
• place the folder structure on the skeleton folder, so every new user will have the default same folder. The folder structure will be replicated on each user, so it's not the shared folder.
