Home page - after adding a tournament the list of tournaments isn't refreshed

After adding a new tournament with the big green + icon and filling out the subsequent form and pressing save. The Home page isn't refreshed with the new tournament.

One solution would be to put the Tournament Settings on a different route, and leave the home page to create a tournament. When the tournament is saved, it'll return to the home page so that page will fetch its new data from the API. The advantage is that the tournament creator component doesn't have to have knowledge of the home page's state.

The other solution is to update the state of the home page when a tournament is saved. This has the advantage of keeping the current design with a dialog animating in.

Either solution should be similar effort.

I adopted the second solution in the new home page, so this issue should be addressed once the new home page is completed.
