custom UI positioning causes overlap with vanilla UI in Japanese

"ランキング" is wider than the texts used in all other languages, so the arrow key hints overlap with the moved UI. Should move it a bit to the right to center within the free space.

(probably will require an extra patch to handle runtime language changes by moving the UI to left/right when switching from/to Japanese)
