Investigate if Melos can simplify our multipackage repo #115

Use Meols for better/easier handling of multi-packages in one repo.
Describe the solution you'd like
When we want to run the example app locally and test local changes in the other packages, it is a bit painful since you need to change the dependecies in pubspecs to local paths.
I think Melos could help with this..
It also seem to have some helper logic to manage versions and changelogs and more.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I did not check out other similar tools. Maybe a search could be useful.
