- Function to convert property underscores to camelcase if key is bmeg specific ex. not in [ submitter_id , project_id, ...]
submitter_id is id in FHIR, project_id is ResearchStudy.identifier - FHIR rel: change templatePointers id and $ref ex keyword: basedOn, derivedFrom, parent
- back-ref: to match changed camelcase name ex. gene_expression -> GeneExpression
