disabled not implemented consistently #44
Description
Hi and thanks for the component!
I noticed, that when I use disabled, I can still remove already selected items.
- I can remove an item by clicking on the x on the tag
- I can remove all items by clicking on the x icon on the right
- when I click on the chevron icon, the list appears for a fraction of a second, which is a bit weird
Also to stay consistent with Chakra UI, it might be better to rename disabled to isDisabled
