Add a name entry point using API

Using API we can allow users to add name to database.. and offer them links to find relevant translations and meanings..

I thought about it, but if we want to keep the data as accurate as possible, I think Git gives us a wide control over what names/translations enter the database. Using GitHub, it's easy to see what changed, approve/reject changes, and to revert changes when needed.

What do you think?

I proposed this because the current method is very slow and doesn't allow any other integration methods...
