Keep the scroll when reloading an external file

## Description

When a file is linked and opened in the workbox, if I save that file externally, it reloads in Preditor. That's great, but it pops the scroll bar up to the top when that happens.

## Solution

On reload, the box should store the scroll bar position, and reset it after the reload
