Downloading installer fails midway

The following question was received early in August 2024:

I've tried downloading BlueCFD-Core-2017-1, BlueCFD-Core-2017-2, however after 86% the downloading process was denied. The error message is 'need permission', 'network error', and 'the file is missing'. Could you kindly inform me how to troubleshot this and tell me whether there is a way i can access BlueCFD-Core-2017-1 and BlueCFD-Core-2017-2.
