Report success of package deletion

With the progress indicator there is now an inconsistency in behaviour between deleting single packages and multiple. This especially shows if packages are deleted from multiple indices. In that case an index with multiple packages will show a progress bar completing, an index with a single package will succeed quietly. This can be confusing when showing the output to uninitiated users.
