Add support for custom keymaps?

The examples assume QWERTY but what about popular alternatives and custom keymaps?

Yep, we could include these.

The other thing that could be added is config file configurable layouts. Need to come up with a simple enough DSL, so anyone could configure their custom layout without needing to embed it in the code.
