Subject: [PATCH] docs: Elaborate on R4i Gold 3DS Plus

Seeing Hugo automatically make the URL into a link made me
realize people might try to visit it. Everything about this
card is a little complicated... I don't think there's a way
to identify it in a helpful way without some elaboration.
