[Bug] Unable to enable permissions when installing from Firebase

Describe the bug
During onboarding, the app requests a number of permissions (like displaying the app over other apps) that are not possible to enable. Looks like Google Play is blocking that somehow. See, for example, the screenshot below.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the app downloading the APK from Firebase.
2. Launch the application.
3. Try enabling the permissions from the Android system.

Expected behavior:
Expectation is that permissions can be enabled. It's not entirely clear which permissions are required for the application to function and which ones are optional.

I think this is that "allow restricted settings" need to be enabled, which can be tricky to find (or may not be possible in certain setups): https://github.com/block/goose-mobile/blob/main/INSTALLATION.md - without that, there are lots of things you can't enable it to do
