Will an app designed this way with WP Playgrounds ever be able to fully access the server side?

Will an iOS app designed this way be able to access the actual server side of the WordPress side to save data back to a "parent" website? Or is this POC meant for on device only, "offline" apps?

It's no longer using WP playground. And even then, the whole "website" would be client side.
