Show errors

Currently, the app only shows the number of errors, but it's so hard to find them among hundreds of lines. We could either include a filter option to view errors or list them at the end of the report.

I agree this needs improvement.

There is a demo of the next-generation GUI, which has capabilities to sort and filter (on existing columns shown). An error (or success) flag could be added as another column in the display table, so it could be used for filtering and sorting.

In the short term, two workarounds to find errors.

Here's the first one:

1. Put the cursor anywhere in the log file.
2. Press CTRL+A to select all
3. Press CTRL+C to copy everything to the clipboard.
4. Paste in an editor
5. Search for "error" using the editor's search feature

The second workaround is simpler. Simply run the clean a second time. All the files that were deleted the first time won't be there anymore, so what's left will have a high proportion of errors. It won't be the needle-in-the-haystack you described: there will be mostly needles with little hay.
