split preview check from the main application #144
Description
I Propose to split the Preview check into a systemd service that either run on idle or on request. It should also check what user has the right to cleanup certain data. This cached data could help instant view the current state of the PC without have to wait for the scan and has the great benefit that the scan is complete even with scnas that usually are not done because they need some time. ( Therfore, the main application has to show the last Date of check)
the main Program should be split into a current user mode and an elevated mode and therefore also shows different content. In my opinion a root user should not try to remove files from current logged in user. That way the the modes could be better split between both.
