Enhancement Suggestion: correlate choice on left to output on right

Great tool. And I'm replacing another one for BleachBit!

Here is what I think could be a helpful suggestion... Have a way to determine which setting, on the left, is affecting the row on the right. For example, bookmarks are being deleted for Brave, but I am not clear which 'checked box' on the left is doing that work.
