Incorporate Fastai in repo

How do we incorporate Fastai into the repo? Do we use symlinks on our local machines and then just gitignore them? Or is there a more efficient way?

The right way imo is to add a requirements.txt with dependencies. This will include fastai. Take a look how the fastai repo does it!
