Migrate to open cloud asset APIs before the old ones are removed

Roblox has deprecated the develop asset APIs and will be removing them on July 1st. We should replace them with the open cloud equivalents.

I updated the image asset upload in #236 but we need to fix the rest. I also need to implement archiving for images
