matrix2insulation.pl script return four result files. however, it's different insulation scores between .insulation file and .insulation.boundaries file about Insulation scores. It seems like that the smaller scores ,the better boundaries in .insulation file, but the bigger scores, the better boundaries in .insulation.boundaries. I want to know the difference between them.
