Support option to reload & refresh cache for specific domain(s) only

Your claim that this add-on replaces "all those other aging extensions" had me hopeful that it would also give an option to "always" do a "full refresh" (Shift+F5 equivalent) on specific sites/domains.

Just a suggestion, thanks. (Uninstalling.)
