I'm currently planning to use treePL for divergence time estimation using penalized likelihood methods. However, after extensive searching, I haven't been able to locate any help documentation or systematic user guide for this software. While I've reviewed relevant publications, most focus on comparative analyses between different tools rather than providing practical usage instructions.

Would anyone be able to offer some guidance on using treePL? I would be extremely grateful for any advice or resources that could help me quickly get up to speed with this tool.
