Description
Reads on MesaBus use a "ping-pong" scheme: a request is sent and a response comes back (with the requested data).
There is no response for writes. What if a write fails for any reason: shouldn't a write send back some sort of acknowledgement, perhaps a 4-byte empty "F0XXXX00" message?
