V400 print jammed up now head will not reach bed. 14mm too high.

Tried many bed levels, bed meshes and Z calibrations. head is too high to adjust. 14mm off bed and 5 is limit before out of range.

Says probe results at -0.577,-0.231 is z=9.041184

Don't know where to enter the probe result as a default.

I am at a loss.
Any suggestions will be tried & appreciated as I am learning.
