Unable the enable it in Godot plugins page

when i attempt to enable it, it returns this error: Unable to load addon script from path: 'res://addons/cyclops_level_builder/cyclops_level_builder.gd'. This might be due to a code error in that script.
Disabling the addon at 'res://addons/cyclops_level_builder/plugin.cfg' to prevent further errors.

i only imported the unzipped folders, is that the issue?

You need to add the Autoload in globals.
