Need help to import old data from 10.4.6 to the new 1.5.3

I got the new PMD Ver. 1.5.3 code installed and DB created

The install has an option to Import old data from 10.4.6 and for the 11.04.00,
I run the import and it finds the the license_key folder and I select the correct old path and it then get the error:

I have checked the error logs and see:
When I load the import file:
Access | 200 | GET /install/import/10-4-6/index.php  HTTP/1.0

And after submitting to process import of the old data:
Access | 302 | POST /install/import/10-4-6/index.php  HTTP/1

Has anyone run into this issues and/or knows how to fix to complete the 7 steps needed to import the old data

Is there any code I need to find and edit and/or remove to get the process to run?
