Detailed "First Steps" Description is needed

I come across from easystroke, and love to see that you maintain the fork you've made of it.

I've seen the "docs" directory, but in my opinion, it's hard to figure out, what the exact first steps to get up and running with easy-gesture.
I would love to see a real "step-by-step" description, in one md-File.
Topics could be:

• How to Compile
• How to Configure main service
• How to start service or gui
• How to Setup gestures
