Please use $$(PREFIX) instead of /usr in qosmic.pro

See ```/usr/include/libxml2``` and ```-L/usr/lib/libxml2``` in ```qosmic.pro```.

Also, please default to ```PREFIX = /usr``` only when ```PREFIX``` isn't set. It isn't always ```/usr```.
