Incomplete payment issue

Hi,

I use VirtueMart 3.0.14 with bitpay. I have a little problem. When customer redirected to bitpay payment page and the transaction is not complete and customer using backward button in the browser going back to checkout then I can see this order in backend despite it's not complete. Can you help me with this please?
