Punchplate Support

Punchplates use two different encoding mechanisms:

• alphabetic, just the first four letters of the seed word
• numeric, every seed word is numbered, and a lookup table is used

Both of these should reproduce a full mnemonic seed phrase.

Multiple seed formats should be returned: full, alpha, num
