[Create New Repository] Maintainer name is not selected when the searched name matches the whole username

When creating a new repository, if you search for the whole username of the maintainer, it does not add them to the maintainer field when you select them. It only works when you search for a partial username.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://developer.bitfocus.io/create-repository
2. For the maintainer name, enter the full username of the person (e.g. digitaldrummerj) and select them
3. Even though they showed up and you selected them, they are not added to the maintainer username field
4. Click on the maintainer name and enter part of the username of the person (e,.g. digitaldrum) and select them
5. The person will be added to the maintainer username field
