Feature Request: Set Step Value for Encoder

When mapping encoder value be able to set scale to allow for setting the step value / Scale of Value

IE : If Setting up encoder to set a value of 0-100 it would be nice to define a step count of 5 to shorten the range of motion of the encoder needed for Value Adjustmemt.
