Collection of fixes

This release fixes some memory allocation errors and makes the library much more stable on all supported hardware.

Improved Grayscale and new PCB

This release adds support for the "EPDiy V7 RAW" PCB by Martin Fasani.

Minor fixes

Changed the Group5 buffered bits structure name to not conflict with JPEGDEC

There is still much work to do, but the library is now at the point where the majority of features are implemented and functioning.
