The select file, restart and upload button have no cell padding so for non pc users it is very hard to select one button without accidently pressing another button by accident is the issue.

Different layout solutions suggestions:

1. add cell padding
2. add cell padding and set as columns instead of rows.
3. add cell padding, keep select and upload grouped together and move the restart button to a different location.
