organize pages in repo into folders #239

the pages of this site might be easier to maintain going forward if there is a directory/folder structure for the different parts of the site. it seems like the site as-is has every page being a separate file in the root of the site (like hwvolunteerinfo.html , nlvolunteerinfo.html , ffresources.html). IMO it might be better to have a folder structure where people viewing the site could see, for example, HeloWorld volunteer info by going to a link like https:/bitbybitcoding.org/programs/helloworld/volunteerinfo.html. I feel like establishing a folder structure like that could help significantly reduce the number of files just sitting in that one folder and eliminate the need to name files with prefixes like nl or ff to differentiate them.
