Translatable Title and Text / Extra option inside the user-ticket

I've been using the bot for a while now and I think these 2 options, as simple as they sound, may be useful.

1. Be able to change the Title and Body text. That way we can customize the text and the lenguaje of it.

2. Add an extra reaction that allows the ticket user to add other people. This can be replaced, in case the body of the ticket can be changed, that way, we could put the command to add/remove people within it.

Very simple suggestions from the user's point of view. I hope it is something that can be added.

I like the first suggestion. I'll try to add it eventually if someone else doesn't get to it first.

For the second suggestion, you are requesting that I add an additional reaction to the first message in the ticket channel. When the player clicks on this reaction, the bot will ask the player who they want to add. The player then has to type out the user's name. I don't like this because the user still has to send a message - you're only saving them the trouble of typing out one short word "-add".
