Popup appears below modal on Spotify

As seen on the image below, if you hover over japanese text on spotify the 10ten popup appears below the spotify modal (the modal in this screenshot is from when you click to know more information about an artist). The screenshot was taken on Firefox 149.0 on Windows.

Thank you! I've been waiting for someone to file an issue like this.

10ten doesn't yet correctly handle "top layer" content (a relatively new Web feature) and I've wanted to fix it but I was waiting until it was actually causing problems on a real site before prioritizing it. Thanks to you I think we finally have a good reason to fix this.

This change could be a bit risky though so it might have to wait a release.
