[Feature Request] Pop up location control

Hey folks, love the work you've done so far, avid user and firstly great big fan of this extension.

I have noticed that one thing that consistently gets in my way on MacOS is the fact that the native completion dialogues pop up below when I type with IME and sometimes this happens when I'm hovering to look at a partially completed word in Japanese.

And so the first thing I tries is to look through the settings, and feel free to tell me off if I missed this somewhere, but I couldn't find a way to make the pop up of the plugin appear above the word, to help ease the annoyance of this cross-over. I honestly have very little patience to the chaos of MacOS and so I thought that perhaps allowing the pop up to be above the selected word is something you would entertain. As a software engineer I understand that sometimes rearchitecting and adding something like this might require a bit too much work, but hey, if you don't ask you don't get sometimes!

Hi @finnkauski! Thanks for filing that. I can see from the screenshot how that is annoying. This should definitely be implementable. I'm pretty sure on mobile we already make the popup prefer to sit above the selection (since normally your hand is covering the area below) so adding a setting to do the same on desktop shouldn't be too hard.

We also have a feature where you can make the popup show up in the top-left or bottom-right by pressing j / k. Perhaps we could extend that feature so the set of options is:

1. Top-left
2. Above selection (when possible)
3. Below selection (when possible)
4. Bottom-right

And have it cycle between those options. Then we could also expose the current state of that setting in the options window so it's easier to discover.

Sounds good. Although for me as a vim user j means below and k is above! But something as proposed sounds great.

I'm a vim user too and you should find j and k feel pretty much like down / up.
