never prints anything

I'm trying to run this program on raspberry pi (kernel 4.1.14) but in never prints anything. Debuging with gdb shows that it stays on poll forever. I have 2 DS18B20 on gpio 17 and from /sys/bus/w1/devices it appears that they are running OK.
What could be the problem?

In its plain run w1d will only print something if you add/remove master or slave w1 device.
Looks like you do not remove them.
