Add a minimal colour palette for p-rep designs

E.g. unreplicated treatments white with black text, replicated treatments blue, multi-replicated treatments red.
Or unreplicated blank, single replicated black on white, multi-rep red on white.

This is easier/clearer both for colour-blind people and when there are a large number of treatments leading to quite subtle differences in the colours.
